TERMS OF SERVICE

Welcome to Gxcfvmall. These terms explain the conditions for using our online store and purchasing women's footwear.

Shopping with Gxcfvmall
Your purchase is with the business operating Gxcfvmall. Shopify provides the ecommerce platform and is not the seller of our products.
Please provide accurate contact, payment and delivery information. Use only a payment method you are authorized to use. You must have the legal capacity or permission needed to make a purchase.

Orders
Before submitting an order, review the products, sizes, quantities, delivery address, currency and total price. We send an order confirmation for your records.
Contract formation follows applicable law. If a stock, pricing or other order issue arises, we will contact you and explain the options available. We will not use a general website-error clause to remove your rights under a binding purchase. Any cancellation or refund must follow applicable law.

Product details and sizing
Read the description, materials, care instructions and size guide for the specific product. Shoe sizes may differ between countries and styles. Contact us if you need help choosing a size.
Colours may look slightly different on different screens. This does not reduce your right to receive footwear that matches its description and meets applicable quality and durability requirements.

Prices and payment
The payment currency, total payable to us and applicable charges are shown before purchase. Prices include mandatory taxes where required by law. Any additional import charges must be explained before you place your order.
A price change after purchase does not alter the agreed price of an existing order.

Shipping
Orders of US$59 or more qualify for free standard shipping. Standard shipping for orders below US$59 costs US$5.99.
The estimated standard delivery time is 7–14 days. Please read our Shipping Policy and any order-specific delivery information before paying.
If delivery is delayed or a parcel is missing, damaged or incorrect, contact us. We remain responsible for the obligations that apply to us as the seller.

Order changes and cancellations
Contact us promptly if you need to change or cancel an order. A shipment may no longer be adjustable once dispatched. This does not remove any statutory cancellation or return rights.
We will not add charges or substitute products without the agreement required by applicable law.

Returns and refunds
Contact us with your order number to request return instructions or a refund. We will explain the applicable process and return destination.
Where UK or EU distance-selling rules apply, customers generally have 14 days after receiving ordinary footwear to notify us of cancellation, followed by a further 14 days to send it back. Customers may inspect and try on footwear as they would in a shop. Any deduction for handling beyond that, and any return postage charges, must comply with applicable rules and required advance disclosures. Standard outbound delivery charges are refunded where required.
Rights relating to faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods are separate from change-of-mind returns. Sale prices do not remove statutory rights. Customers retain applicable legal guarantees and remedies in Quebec and other markets.

Responsible use of the store
Do not place fraudulent orders, interfere with store operation, attempt unauthorized access or infringe another person's rights.
Store text, images and branding belong to their respective owners. Uses beyond personal shopping require permission unless otherwise allowed by law.

Privacy and Shopify
Our Privacy Policy explains the use of personal information. Accepting these terms does not by itself provide consent to optional marketing or tracking.
Shopify hosts the store and processes information about visits and purchases. Depending on the services used, processing may also involve interactions with other merchants and Shopify to support personalization, analytics, fraud prevention and advertising. Information may be shared with Shopify and relevant providers outside Quebec and Canada, subject to applicable permissions and privacy choices.

Your legal rights
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, removes mandatory consumer protections or requires you to give up an available court or complaint procedure.
Contact us if something is wrong so we can review it. You remain free to seek assistance from a consumer authority or use other remedies available under applicable law.

Changes to these terms
Updates apply to future purchases and use of the store. They do not retrospectively reduce rights under an existing order. If a provision cannot legally be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
